It is the time of year when Halloween is near and everybody is in a festive mood. Children are getting ready with their Halloween costumes for trick or treat. Recently the govt. has launched news saying that evil people are taking advantage of this situation nd dressing in costumes and killing people. Beware of such pranksters and check them with a scanner. If red it is a monster to kill and if a green it is a child. Offer tricks to the monsters and treats to children.
